Kenilworth Show News - March 2022

Kenilworth Show, Saturday 4th June - We have our venue, we have our date and we are hoping the sun is going to shine! With only 3 months to go we are working hard to ensure you all have a family fun packed day out. Advance tickets are currently on sale at a reduced price and don't forget all under 16s are FREE to enter (although they do still need a ticket).

What you can see and do at the show

We have a full range of displays and exhibits for all ages and interests. In the main ring we shall have the ever popular vintage and modern machinery, sheep dog displays, livestock parade, inter hunt relay, classic cars and much more. Around the show you will be able to see all the cattle and sheep, birds of prey, ferrets, the animals in the mini zoo and heavy horses. We have many children's amusements to include face painting, funfair, educational activities and the ice cream vans are also booked. We are also running a special children's competition within the show guide with some fantastic prizes to be won.

We shall be celebrating the Queen's Platinum Jubilee on show day with a fully decorated showground. Within the 'village green' you'll be able to sit back and enjoy the music, get a drink from the bar, and let the children be entertained. Along this theme we shall also be hosting a special Jubilee Cream Tea for visitors.

Our homecraft schedule is out and can be viewed using the link below. There are classes for everyone to include photography, baking, floristry, art and vegetables to name a few. We also a special section of classes for children to enter so why not take a look and see if there is something they would like enter. A great half term activity for them to do too! The Kenilworth Show would not be the huge success it is without the help and support of so many volunteers. It takes a huge number of people to put the show together. We are so very grateful to all those who help and your support is truly valued by the society. There are a range of volunteering opportunities, to suit many interests and skills, for anyone wishing to get involved.
