The Heart of England Cattle Championship is a points-based competition held across three shows: Kenilworth Show, Blaston Show and Blakesley Show.

Exhibitors earn points for entering cattle (up to a maximum of four animals) and for achieving top five placings at each show.

Each event awards sashes and rosettes, kindly sponsored by their respective NFU Mutual branches – Warwick, Market Harborough and Brackley.

At the end of the three shows, the exhibitor with the highest overall points will be awarded the Rix Perpetual Trophy, kindly donated by Rix Oakley Petroleum, along with prize money sponsored by Harris & Clarke Chartered Accountants.
