Trade Stand Applications for 2027

​We’re always excited to welcome back our loyal traders and meet new exhibitors with something special to showcase. If you’re interested in joining us in 2027, please follow the link above and complete the online booking application.

​

Once your application is received, it will be reviewed and approved and an invoice issued. Your stand is confirmed once payment has been made in full.

Never Traded at a Show Before?

The launch of the Kenilworth Show Food Hall this year was a great success with visitors enjoying the fantastic range of local food and drink on offer.

 

For 2027, we'd love to welcome even more local producers to help us showcase the very best of Warwickshire.

​

If you produce cakes, jams, cheese, chutneys, honey, beer, spirits or other artisan food and drink, getting started is easy – and we'll help you along the way.

​

All you'll need is:

✅ Public Liability Insurance (£5 million cover)
✅ Your own gazebo or a space inside our Produce Marquee
✅ Banners or branding for your stand
✅ A basic risk assessment
✅ A 5-star Food Hygiene Rating (where applicable)
