Trade Stands
Our 2026 trade stand booking applications are now open.
We’re always excited to welcome new and unique trade stands to the
Kenilworth Show.
If you’re interested in exhibiting with us in 2026, please complete our online application form. Your application will come through to the team for review and, once approved, an invoice will be issued.
Your trade stand will be confirmed once payment is received. Entry tickets and forward parking passes, will be emailed out nearer the show date.

We now use a streamlined online booking system to make applying quick and easy. Please click the link below to complete your application.
To submit the form, you will need to upload:

A current Public Liability Insurance certificate
(If this will be renewed before the show, please upload your current certificate and email us the updated version once renewed.) -
A risk assessment

A fire risk assessment
These documents are required in order for your application to be reviewed.
