Dogs are very welcome, but must be kept on a lead and under control at all times. Dogs are not allowed in livestock areas and must never be left in cars.

Car Parking

Parking is FREE! This year we have two car parks in operation to help manage traffic.

Lost Children & Property

  • Lost children: Please take them to the Secretary’s Office.

  • Lost property: Any found items should also be taken to the Secretary’s Office (next to the Members Marquee). Please don’t leave belongings unattended, as the organisers cannot be responsible for lost items.

Toilets & Baby Changing

Toilets are available throughout the showground, including accessible toilets. A quiet area is available for baby changing and feeding.

Accessibility & Facilities for Disabled Visitors

  • Parking: Disabled parking spaces are available; show your Blue Badge to parking attendants. Spaces are limited, so please arrive early.

  • Mobility aids: Event Mobility will provide electric scooters and manual wheelchairs. Book in advance here: www.eventmobility.org.uk

Food & Drink

There are numerous catering units across the showground, offering something for everyone. A public bar will also be open all day at the Village Green.

Cash & Card Payments

We encourage contactless card payments wherever possible. Some traders may still accept cash, but there are no ATMs on-site.

Covid-19 & Hygiene

Your safety is our priority. We follow Government guidelines regarding Covid-19.

  • Handwashing: Please wash hands after contact with livestock.

  • Disinfectant mats: Must be used on entry and exit to livestock areas.

Emergencies & First Aid

  • Emergency assistance: Ask any steward for help.

  • First Aid: Provided by Sharman First Aiders. Contact the nearest steward if assistance is needed.
